At Lotte Arai Resort, guests will need to arrange their ski and snowboard rentals themselves while staying at the resort. The rental counter, located at Village Station (the gondola base), is open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm daily. To ensure a smooth start to your day on the slopes, it's recommended to complete your fitting and equipment adjustments upon arrival, so you're all set for skiing the following morning.

For those planning to enjoy night skiing, rentals are also available during the extended operation hours from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Whether you're looking for skis, snowboards, or other gear, the rental counter has everything you need to make the most of your time at Lotte Arai. Be sure to plan ahead and get your equipment sorted to hit the slopes hassle-free.
